Responsibility: The Security Sub-Committee oversees the safety of Baridhara, managing 33 guards and outsourced personnel at Gate 1. Regular patrols, specialized training, and CCTV monitoring ensure security at all entry and exit points, which are equipped with fiber optic lines. The committee handles security complaints and enforces stricter vigilance, especially for construction sites, controlling noise and vehicle movement at night. Rising commercial activity in the area brings new challenges, impacting the residential nature and increasing traffic. A 24/7 call center allows residents to report incidents or emergencies, with CCTV monitored continuously, including the Lake Side Park. Resident cooperation in enforcing ID systems and discouraging commercial rentals is essential for maintaining community safety. Recently Baridhara Society has intrduced a comprehensive Secutity Policy.
