Responsibility: The Welfare Sub-Committee of Baridhara Society, led by Mrs. Amena Feroz as Convener, is dedicated to supporting the well-being of the community's underprivileged staff and residents. Comprising eight members, the committee is committed to promoting healthy and safe working conditions, ensuring that employees feel supported and valued. Throughout the year, the Welfare Sub-Committee undertakes several initiatives, especially during Eid festivals, distributing essentials such as food, dates, lentils, clothing, and cash to the society’s support staff. Additionally, the committee provides counseling on key areas like hygiene and cleanliness, food and nutrition, and the dangers of addiction, aiming to foster a healthier lifestyle among the community’s workforce. Through these efforts, the Welfare Sub-Committee plays a pivotal role in fostering generosity, care, and a sense of responsibility toward the well-being of all members of the Baridhara Society community.
